Cornelius "K9" Bundrage Defeats Carlos Molina, Recaptures IBF Junior Middleweight Title
41 year old seasoned vet Cornelius "K9" Bundrage looked sharp in a title fight against Carlos Molina, dropping Molina twice in the bout, and winning back a title he once held. Bundrage is 10 years the elder of Molina, but looked fresher and better prepared in this fight, and outclassed Molina.
Bundrage scored two knockdowns in this fight, the first coming in the opening round and another in the 10th. Bundrage was even docked a point in the 8th round for a rabbit punch, (punch landed directly to the back of the head or neck) but he still won by a wide margin on the scorecards, winning a unanimous decicions with scores of 115-110, 116-109, and 117-106.
This bout was Carlos Molina's first defense of the IBF Junior Middleweight title, and it now goes back to Bundrage, who held the same title from 2010-2013. While Molina is ten years younger than Bundrage, his future in the sport is now unclear, while Bundrage can now look forward to the possibilities of big fights in the Junior Middleweight Division.

I think this is impressive for Bundrage. Even though he is 10 years older than Molina, he still has the pace to fight and keep up with someone younger than him. I hope to see Bundrage against a good opponent on his next paper view fight.
